Everyone dreams to be handsome, rich and happy.
Famous actors and actress, pop stars or athletes are so popular because they realized the dreams many ordinary people have.
If I could meet a famous entertainer or athlete, this person will be Julia Roberts.
Julia Roberts is a very talented actress.
She can play many characters and each one is new and different.
She seems to become the person she is portraying and gives a 100% to the performance.
Pretty Woman is my favorite because it was the first Julia movie that I saw and it was her big break.
I still watch the movie to this day and enjoy it.
I loved Nottinghill because the movie was full of many emotions.
It made you feel happy after seeing it.
I enjoy all of her movies.
I see them even if the critics dish the movie.
If she is in a movie I know her performance will be worth seeing.
Her Oscar was very worthy of her as she was of it.
Her Oscar was a long time coming.
I am sure we can all look forward to many more great films to come and her always Oscar winning performance.
Julia Roberts is not only beautiful, but she executes the characters.
She plays so well, that she can almost bring us to tears,,, almost.
Such is Julia Roberts, A Pretty Woman and American great actress.
She is the star that I definitely want to meet the most.

Not every thing that is learned is contained in books.
“Experience is the best teacher” is an old cliché, but I agree with it. The most important, and sometimes the hardest, lessons we learn in life come from our participation in situations. You can’t learn everything from a book.
Of course, learning from books in a formal educational setting is also valuable. It’s in schools that we learn the information we need to function in our society. We learn how to speak and write and understand mathematical equations. This is all information that we need to live in our communities and earn a living.
Nevertheless, I think that the most important lessons can’t be taught; they have to be experienced. No one can teach us how to get along with others or how to have self-respect. As we grow from children into teenagers, no one can teach us how to deal with peer pressure. As we leave adolescence behind and enter adult life, no one can teach us how to fall in love and get married.
This shouldn’t stop us from looking for guidelines along the way. Teachers and parents are valuable sources of advice when we’re young. As we enter into new stages in our lives, the advice we receive from them is very helpful because they have already had similar experiences. But experiencing our own triumphs and disasters is really the only way to learn how to deal with life.

Humanity movie "Marathon" in Korea

I can tell that movie "Marathon" among Korean movies.
This movie dealt with the some realistic affair.
Actually, it is about an autistic child, Hyung-Jin Bae.
The main character, Cho-wan(means a plain) is 20 years old but his mental age is just 5 years old.
He just like running.
He just like running.
Of course, he is talented in running, too.
He can run the whole marathon race.
He challenged to the marathon with his coach's help.
I was really impressed.
He never gave up on what he wanted to do wven though he was disabled.
A lot of people got so impressed when they saw him through the movie.
They must have gotten a chance to examine themselves.
I realized there was nothing I couldn't achieve if I tried and wished.
This movie was overcomed biases of disabled people.
In 2001, Hyung-Jin could run the whole marathon 42.195km and achieved the sub3-run the whole distance within 2hours 59minutes 59seconds.
He was 19 years old.
In 2002, he participated in the triathlon-swimming 3.8km, cycling 180.2km, and the whole marathon 42.195km- and then run the whole distance within 15hours 6minutes.
He is only the first disabled people and the youngest ever in Korea.
When I am doing something in my life, I somtimes give up to do something easily.
His life gives an shining example to me.

Today my topic is about legend of Cheju Island. Cheju Island is the most beautiful and large Island of the Korea. I try to talk about Cheju legend that is part of Cheju Island culture. Very many legends will talk one kind among it to be in Cheju Island. In remote ancient times, there was grandmother called 『Seolmundae(place) Halmang(grandma)』. If make and lies down to cut Mt. Halla how was huge, leg conveys that covered to Gwantal Island in Cheju coastal and off-shore area. This grandmother steps on with feet putting to Gwantal Island if wash, and hand speaks that washed rubing with feet touching and stands Mt. Halla top.Because another legend spreads Mt. Halla with hip and sits, one shank treads malited flour paste into cakes to Gwantal Island, and one steps on to Jigwiseom of Seogwipo coastal and off-shore area and speak Soseom that three washed by washing stone. Confidence of success sunrise, there is curious rock that rise high for dose, this rock is called Deunggyeongdoli now being oil cup for a lamp that turned on dish fire when Seolmundae Halmang does weaving. This rock does that grandmother raises one rock better because oil cup for a lamp is shallow being rock that seem to put again big rock on rock that rise high. There are a lot of unfortunate slip of the tongues that explain huge state of Seolmundae Halmang beside. It is things of way that say that did not become out to instep or knee as cook food because grandmother suspends kettle and India ink gauged depth of deep branch office within Cheju Island rock if big rock stands some sparsely.Like this, could not wear dress the sun properly because Seolmundaehalmang is so tall. So, grandmother spoke that will release shank to the land if make a underwear.Because body was big so, silk 100 tong(1dong50pil) entered to make underwear. Collected all silk within Cheju island on speech which release shank to the land but did not amount 99 in question out. So, grandmother has discontinued for built a few bridge as is not completed for making underwear. This huge goddess speaks that stopped Ppajyeojukgo stop while entered in the water to take measure of how "Muljangori" that is on Mt. Halla breast of a hill one day is deep.

I love a fine day.

I love a fine day.
The reasons are:
First, it makes me feel good. Warm sun and cooler wind are best gifts.
Second, it makes me active. It is good to go out with friends on a fine day.
Third, it brings my will up. I can do things which I thought hard enthusiastically.
I hate a rainy day.
The reasons are:
First, it makes me feel bad. I felt bad with no reason on a rainy day.
Second, it makes me inactive. it is one of my worst thing that my shoes get wet by rain.
Third, it brings my will down. I feel like I want to sleep without doing anything on a rainy day.
Suddenly, I though I am unhappy one day.
Other people looked happy. That make me to think that I lost my happiness to other people.
I was sad, unhappy.
I could not work hard.
I thought study is not necessary for unhappy life.
So I lived depressed life day by day.
One day, I though I cannot live like this.
I thought I should get out of the depressed life.
I turned on music.
I was listening to classical music which make me feel calm.
While I was listening, I was thinking again if I'm unhappy.
It was not. I was happy.
If I remind that time, I was so tire of study.

NOW,,,,,,I want to tell how to make Kimchi.
As you may already know, Korean people love spicy food. Frankly, we cannot eat a thing when it is not accompanied by kimchi.
So, I would like to explain how you make kimchi.
First of all, you would need some Chinese cabbages, radishes red
peeperica powder and salted anchovy. (Depending on your own taste, you can use other salted seafoods, such as shrimps or hair tails, instead of salted anchovy. Shrimps are common in north region, and South region favors anchovy.) Also, would need some garlic, ginger roots, green onions, dropworts, Korean bamboo hats, and some sugar and salt. You can put oyster in it too, however you will have to finish it soon, since oyster will boost the kimchi's fermentation.
You have to remove the yellow outer leaves from the Chinese cabbage, and divide smaller ones in half, and the bigger ones into four pieces.
About five to six hours after picking the cabbages, wash it and soak it in saltwater.
Afterwards, cut radishes, dropworts, bamboo hats, green onions into neat and equal-sized pieces.
The sauce is quiet simple to make. You just have to soak the red pepper powder in warm water, and mix it with peeled garlic and ginger shell. Then put each by the mortar.Next, spread soaked pepper powder on to the radish, dropworts, bamboo hats, and green onions. Mix it togehter with garlic, ginger, salted anchovy, and a little sugar. If you are putting some oyster in, put it in after you mix it, so it does not break.
Finally, apply the sauce you have made earlier, equally onto each leaves on the cabbages.Pack the cabbage into its shape, and make sure it is firm. Then put it all into a pot, and place a heavy stone on the cover. The stone, will compress the kimchi, and help its fermentation process, make it taste better.
